By accessing or using NeonShift (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. NeonShift is intended for users aged 13 and older.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

NeonShift may offer tokens and other virtual items. These are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use features within the Service. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law.

Tokens may be earned or purchased. We may modify, suspend, expire, or revoke virtual items at any time, and unused items may be forfeited if your account is closed or terminated. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Do not cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or other players; do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; and do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

The games, art, code, and branding are owned by NeonShift or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service or its content.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeonShift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
